We have a shar pei from a Canadian breeder who uses champion lines because our last rescue shar pei was essentially built broken.  Our cats are all healthy rescues, received in varying states of neglect and abuse, that we nursed back to health.  Mannie visits nursing and retirement homes and loves the attention.  He has yet to grasp the concept of being a guard dog!  He loves children and toddlers and loves romping with the kids next door when they visit and playing with his kitty siblings and neighborhood dogs in our various fenced in yards.

Hello, I'm Carly and I have 3 Shar Pei's none of which are related and all from different parts of the country. I have one boy Cooper and 2 Girls Joey ad Hopey. I couldnt imagine my life with out them and am sureI will have many more in this life time.

i'm addicted to sharpei. i currently own 3 peibies--------sabrina, penelope, munchkin. they are all rescue pei. i lost my lulu to amyloidosis and her mother cinnamon. my zanzabar blue died of lymphoma all of them died before the age of 5! my first peiby wrinkles was almost 15 when i lost her to cancer. i know i will have many more peibies in my lifetime.

My name is Jennifer and my husband Brad and I own two shar pei dogs that we adopted from Gumby's Surprise.  Brady, our boy was born November 17th 2007 and our little girl Nessy was born June 30th 2008.  They bring us so much joy and happiness and we are constantly entertained by them.  I am always interested in speaking with other shar pei owners and am excited to engage in any conversation.

We have five amazing shar pei 's ! We adore our dogs so much.

We saw our first "wrinkly" dog online and were instantly fascinated; their unique physical characteristics, affable nature and charm was irresistible. So from then on the path of my life was irrevocably altered.

I surprised my hubby with our 1st Shar Pei, Lola, for New Years' of 2008. After having Lola home it was only a matter of time before we knew we wanted another one! We then began a search for our second Shar Pei and were pleased to find Mojo. Mojo melted our hearts at hello. We felt a great deal of contentment with Lola & Mojo in our lives. Our daughter Faith said mom can we get one more ? We didn't even think about it.   We were hooked so we found Jersey, she is our third Shar Pei.  She is a chocolate and we fell in love with her many wrinkles. She is playful & makes us laugh all the time.  We just bought our 4th Shar pei Tank he is a Blue boy. Diesel is our 5th baby.  This is just the begining of the journey for us.  We plan on  looking for a Blue female for my son Kaleb this summer.
