what type of brushes do you use? i use several, the furminator, a curry brush, and a standard one.

I basically only use a shedding blade. I rarely brush really. Mostly just in the spring and fall when they shed the most. Now, don't use my lazy butt as a standard, I should brush more. More hair in the brush, less hair on the floor right??!!

The shedding blade, like you would use on a horse is by far the best shedding tool for brush coats in my opinion. You can get them at Wal-Mart and most every pet store carries them.
