i give my dogs treats daily, they like innova bars and chicken jerky strips from dogswell. does everyone give daily treats?

I try my best to avoid giving too many treats. More so the store bought stuff as most are NOT good for any dog in my opinion. That's not to say I don't do treats, because I do. I was a real fan of the chicken or turkey wrapped with sweet potatoe. I think these are good but both my dogs have isses with chicken so we cut them out. I do get the pure 100% duck strips when I can find them. I also like any PURE 100% dehydrated liver treats. The less ingredients the product has the happier I am. I also give lots of fruits and veg's as had given treats.
