Buffy was living in a puppy mills, North of Montreal. Montreal SPCA did a raid couple of weeks ago. Puppy mill owner doesn't want to release her dogs...total of 150 dogs, living in bad condition. 1 female shar-pei, 6 months old in heat ..unfortunately in bad condition, demodex, skin, not healthy..

The latest news, she will have a foster family , locally in the meantime the court will do a judgement.

Many back yard breeders and puppy mills in this province because of lack of strict regulations..It's ashame.

I must not see too many of these sad cases, because for me, this one took the cake!!! How amazingly sad to see what can become of a dog when they are not as lucky as our own to be loved......Bless this baby and all others like her!!! It simply makes me sick! Devi
