If I lived in a place where there was snow on the ground 365 days a year, Zephyr would be a happy boy! He loves the snow! So did Posh! And so does our new 5 month old, Jovi!

I have been told there are many Shar pei that really dislike the snow. Not mine. All 3 are brush coats. Does that have anything to do with it? I have been told it may.

My only issue with the winter weather and the snow is my dogs feet get cold. I am a huge fan of Muttluk brand doggy boots. They keep the paws snow free and stay on! Shar Pei don't have hair between their toes, or at least not enough to keep them warm. Once the snow gets in between the toes, it's walk over....Unless we have the boots on!

As for playing in the snow? My 3 love/loved it! how about yours? And do you see ANY difference in how a HC and a BC react to the snow?

my sabrina really likes the snow:)we usually get a few days of snow during the winters here.
