Bearposhsharpei, located in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, has been involved with Chinese Shar Pei since 1999., but has followed and studied the breed since 1981.
In 1988 we started owning and showing Rottweilers. All along, our true desire and love was that of the Chinese Shar Pei.
We at bearposh believe our single greatest asset is our constant mentoring from Andrea Robins and Sharon Palmay of Gumby's Chinese Shar Pei. Being mentored is an asset we value! Bearposh thanks Andrea and Sharon for teaching and guiding us on a sometimes daily basis.

Back in 1999 I did NOT do my research on BREEDERS!
Since I had studied and followed the breed since 1981 I thought I knew it all! I did not!I still don't!
My first Shar Pei puppy was the poster child for how NOT to buy !
In 2007 I was determined NOT to repeat the mistakes of my past. "This time ............."
-I did the research!
-I studied the breeders!
-I followed up on references!
-I did what ALL new, AND old buyers must do in order to LESSEN the risks of BUYING BAD!
